She Is Change (SIC) was formed by community members who recognized the need for a structured organization focused on social support, inclusion, empowerment, and community development.

How to Join
A person becomes a member after paying the agreed registration fee of Kshs. 500 and being accepted by members or officials.

Leadership & Governance
SIC is guided by elected officials, member participation, transparent records, and proper financial management.
Financial Accountability
The organization shall operate an official bank account. The Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer are signatories, and any two signatories approve transactions.
Meetings
SIC holds at least one ordinary meeting every month. Special meetings may be called when necessary. Quorum is 50% of registered members.
